Our Team

As Director of Field Service, Jon leads LightWave’s entire O&M team maintaining large solar fields in various locations across the western United States. Originally from Bakerfield, CA he moved to Sweetwater, TN in 2020 and started here at LightWave that same year. Before LightWave, Jon worked in Inverter manufactures traveling the country since 2017. Jon takes pride in providing the best work environment for his team that way they can provide the best quality service to their customers. Outside of work, Jon spends his time with his wife and three children.
