Congrats! As a LightWave customer you will receive your own designed, engineered and installed project by our team of experts. There are two different categories our projects fall under which is, Residential and Small Commercial projects AND Large Commercial projects.
For those Residential & Small Commercial projects, here is what you should expect:
Step 1:
Sales consultants button up your project details to hand off to our Operations team.

Step 2:
Meet your Customer Experience Manager, Karen Carr! Karen will be your main point of contact while our team completes your project. In this step the designing and engineering of your project begins. Karen will be in contact with you about signing and submitting paperwork to your utility in order to move to the next step.
Step 3:
Our team pulls your permit, orders materials, and gives an estimated install timeframe.

Step 4:
Meet your Project Manager, Evan Fitzgerald. Evan and our team will receive your materials and schedule your installation.
Step 5:
We install your system and coordinate the electrical inspections.
Step 6:
We activate your system and provide a walk-through of the installation!
