Nathan Baatz joined LightWave in 2021 and has served as the Commercial & Industrial Service Manager since 2023. He oversees maintenance operations across hundreds of residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale sites. Prior to his tenure at LightWave, Nathan built a strong foundation in biomedical equipment and industrial maintenance leadership—bringing valuable cross-industry experience to solar O&M. He is a U.S. Army combat veteran with over 18 years of service. Nathan is dedicated to developing skilled technical teams and driving operational excellence across all facets of solar maintenance and safety.
